We still do all the products we have done previously – find the category and get in touch or send us an email about what it is you need and we will do the rest.
If you have worked with us in the last 3 years then we will have your old artwork on file.
If it is longer than 3 years then it is probably best to resupply it to ensure your artwork is correct.
Once your order is approved it will take 8/10 working days. If you require your badges sooner please let us know your deadline and we will do the rest. Express delivery is available.
Simply call our team, as long as it is before dispatch then we can re-route the delivery.
We will keep you up to date with production, as soon as your job is signed off then we will go into production. Our team will give you an estimated delivery day and you will receive tracking information on dispatch.
We love to talk to our customers so just call us during office hours and we will be happy to help.
We ship all over the world from the UK and we will advise delivery charges and procedures when you place your order.
We aim to minimise packaging wherever we can but if your order is large we may deliver in multiple large boxes. We deliver everything from letterbox sized boxes through to pallets and its always dependent on the order.
We rarely have problems but, if you aren’t happy with anything, please give us a call or email us immediately. Please include photographs of the problem as it will help us fix the problem quickly.
