Once your order is approved it will take 7/10 working days. If you require your items sooner please let us know your deadline and we will do our best to meet it for you. Express delivery is also available.
We rarely have problems but, if you aren’t happy with anything, please give us a call or email us immediately. Please include photographs of the problem as it will help us fix it as quickly as possible.
Simply call our team, as long as it is before you have received your dispatch email then we can re-route the delivery for you.
We will keep you up to date with production, as soon as your job is signed off then we will go into production. Our team will give you an estimated delivery day and you will receive tracking information on dispatch.

We can update it for you if the order is in production. Addresses can be changed right up until the items are dispatched so just give us a call or send us an email.
We ship all over the world from the UK and we will advise delivery charges and procedures when you place your order.
We aim to minimise packaging wherever we can but if your order is large we may deliver in multiple large boxes. We deliver everything from letterbox sized boxes through to pallets and its always dependent on the order.
